Pilera is a property management software company that provides software to help managers communicate and manage their properties through a series of functionality. This includes automated communications, document management, and work order tracking. Recently it transitioned from a single all-in-one product to a collection of standalone products. The client was looking for a way to empower each product individually while showing that they are still a suite that works best together.
More than communication
Originally created as a communication platform it has grown to support a number of individual products all still geared towards improving the daily work of the property management industry. They found that many people did not fully understand all the powerful capabilities of the product. A decision was made to separate each core feature into its own product with its own distinct branding.
Products that can stand on their own
Each product has it’s own distinct core features that allow it to be a standalone, sellable product. We helped reinforce this through a number of branding decisions including distinct logos and color palettes.
Still part of a family
Even with each product being a distinct and independent brand it was important that they also still are encompassed by the Pilera brand.
The full suite
Unification yet independent was the message we wanted to convey with the product. They are great as standalone products but they really shine when they work together.
